After finding the candidate, employers can send tests, schedule interviews to assess a candidate’s skills.
Yes, we do. Pre-employment screening is a crucial part of our process. Since we do not compromise on quality, all our candidates go through a thorough background check. Any candidates registering on Jobizo have to upload their credentials which are verified.
Posting a job is free of cost for the employers. Just register with jobizo and start posting the vacancies.
At present, we assist healthcare institutions recruit medical staff i.e. Doctors and registered nurses for any staffing requirements, be it one shift or multiple shifts for rotational duties or recurring shifts for more than one day.
Jobizo provides employers with access to the entire candidate database on a subscription basis. Our advanced machine learning module recommends the right available candidate pool and provides customized recruitment based on your hiring history. Also, the GPS-enabled attendance system makes it easier for the employer to keep a track of their employees in a live environment.
Our zero-compromise approach makes sure that all the candidates go through extensive screening. Hence, we add only qualified professionals to our talent pool. We also have different categories of nurses and doctors registered as users on Jobizo app enabling better job – professional fitment.
You can always call us at (mention phone no.) or write to us at (mention email id) with your requirements, and we will directly discuss your requirements further and assist you in the process. If the candidate you are looking for is booked for another gig on the dates you are searching, you might not see their names popping up in the search.
Employers can post a free temporary job with remuneration as per their discretion. Whereas employers will have to pay a nominal fee of Rs. (mention fee) to post a permanent job with a one-month guarantee. If, in case, the job remains vacant for the mentioned duration, a refund will be issued to the employers.
In case a candidate cancels post confirmation three times in a row, we remove the person’s profile from our app. This action itself serves as a deterrent for candidates to behave in an unprofessional way.

If you have liked working with a particular candidate, you can always hire the same candidate again as per the availability. Our advanced machine learning module suggests the right available candidate and provides customized recruitment based on your hiring history.
If the same candidate is showing availability on the app for the third consecutive day, you may book him via the app.
To start with, candidates will have to download the Jobizo app and then register with us. After that, you can complete your profile, browse jobs, apply for the one that suits you best, and start your journey with us.
Everything depends on how quickly the recruiter needs to fill in the position. You can always scroll through the available jobs with the relevant information. If your qualifications and skills match the needs of an employer, your chances of getting recruited are faster and higher.
The interview process is at the discretion of the healthcare institution if they feel the need to do so.
For jobseekers it is absolutely free to get placed. No fee is charged. While the employers have to pay a nominal convenience fee if the candidate is placed.
Jobizo offers part-time jobs, where employers can post a temporary job with remuneration as per their discretion for their daily, weekly, monthly, and recurring hiring needs. However, Jobizo allows employers to post long term jobs as well.
All the jobs posted on Jobizo have pay mentioned in it. The pay structure varies from position to position. The pay offered by healthcare institutions on our platform is at par with the industry standards.

Yes, you can always apply to the same hospital you worked for earlier as per the availability of the job.
As long as your credentials pass our background screening and match industry standards, you can always utilize our platform to find the job.
Initially your payment will be reimbursed within a week of job completion subject to validation and approvals from the respective Institution/ Hospitals.
If you cancel 3 times after confirming for a job, your profile will be removed from the database shown to the employers. Your ratings may go down in case you regularly do not show up for jobs after confirmation and your chances of getting future employment via the app may reduce.
You can use references from your previous jobs. This increases your chances to get a job faster.
No, creating a profile on Jobizo is absolutely Free of Cost. Applying to jobs on Jobizo is also Free of Cost.
If you have forgotten the password of your account, you need to reset it. An OTP will be sent to your registered email address/ phone number, which can be used to set a new password
To reset your password:
- Click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the Login Page.
- Enter either your user name or the e-mail address/ phone number with which you had created your profile. Click on Go.
- We will send you an email to your registered email address with a One-Time Password (OTP). In case you have not received the email with the OTP, check the spam and junk folders of your inbox. We also send this OTP through an SMS to your registered phone number.
- Enter this OTP in the OTP field and click Submit.
- This takes you to a page where you can enter the new password for logging into your account.
When you create your profile on Jobizo, you become part of the Jobizo jobseeker database, which is accessed by Hospitals/Institutions. Hospitals/Institutions search through this database for candidates who meet certain criteria such as skills, education, years of experience and employment requirements. If your profile meets these criteria, it will appear in the search result. Hospitals/Institutions who find your profile suitable may contact you to schedule an interview. Many Hospitals/Institutions prefer to find candidates in this way rather than posting a job listing on job portals.
Once you create a profile on Jobizo, multiple Hospitals/Institutions and employers registered with Jobizo can view it.
Please try reducing the size of your document to less than 5 MB. You may try switching formats between one of pdf, rtf, jpeg, word doc or word docx to see which one gives the least size.
If you have added a photo or any other pictures to your document CV, please try removing them from the CV. You can always attach a photo to your Jobizo profile separately.
If you are not able to upload a CV with size less than 5 MB, your file may be corrupted. Try changing the format of the CV file (maybe word to .pdf) and upload again.
No there is no such option as of now. Instead you shouldn’t apply for that Job.
You can apply for only one job posting at one time for one particular time slot. However you can apply for multiple time slots and multiple dates at the same time on the app.
Yes, you can apply for another job in the same date and time slot if the hospital cancels the job posting.
Ideally, you should not cancel your job posting without a valid reason as this has a negative impression of your reliability on the employer and might interfere with your future chances with that hospital. But if you still have to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours or more before the start time.
You need to register as a user to see the various job postings.
No, your personal data is safe and secure with us. It is not shared on any other website or portal or any employer other than to which you have applied for a job opening.
