Terms and Condition

The App That Works for You

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Jobizo Rewards System and the Jobizo Referral Program (together, the “Programs”), operated by Ifanflexx Pvt. Ltd. (“Jobizo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By earning, viewing, or redeeming coins, or by using your referral code, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not participate in the Programs.

These Terms should be read together with Jobizo’s Privacy Policy and general Terms of Use. In case of any conflict specific to the Programs, these Terms will govern.

2. Definitions

Coins — Reward units credited to your wallet under the Programs.
Wallet — Your Hubble-linked coin wallet, used for both Rewards and Referral coins.
Reward event — Any action on the Jobizo app that is configured to earn coins.
Referral code — The permanent code assigned to you, usable only at sign-up.
Referral bond — The relationship created when a new user signs up using your valid referral code.
Qualifying shift — A locum shift with the required approval and trackable mark-in/mark-out data.
Cooldown — The waiting period before a repeat-earning event becomes eligible again.
Cap — The maximum number of times or amount of coins that can be earned under a given rule, in a given period.
Reversal — A negative wallet entry that removes previously credited coins.

3. Eligibility

You must hold an active, verified Jobizo professional account to earn or redeem coins.
Jobizo may exclude or suspend accounts identified as duplicate accounts, self-referrals, accounts that have failed KYC, or accounts flagged for suspicious activity.
Coins are credited only once a qualifying event is successfully completed and validated by Jobizo.
Jobizo reserves the right to pause, disable, modify, or reverse any reward or referral event for product, compliance, fraud-prevention, or financial reasons, at its sole discretion.

4. The Rewards System

You can earn coins for the actions listed below. Coin values, caps, and rules may be updated by Jobizo from time to time; the current values are always reflected in the app.

Sign-up (organic or referred) — 100 coins. One-time, per account.
Upload Resume — 10 coins. One-time, per account.
Document Upload + Declaration — 30 coins. One-time, per account.
Basic Information — 100% complete — 10 coins. One-time, per account.
PAN and Bank Details submitted — 10 coins. One-time, per account.
Qualification — 100% complete — 15 coins. One-time, per account.
Work Experience — 100% complete — 15 coins. One-time, per account.
Background Reference — 100% complete — 15 coins. One-time, per account.
First Locum Apply + BGV approved — 200 coins. One-time, per account.
Locum Job Apply — 10 coins. Capped at 5/day and 50/month. Applies only to jobs starting within 45 days.
Mark-In — 10 coins. Per shift.
Mark-Out — 10 coins. Per shift.
Permanent Job Apply — 25 coins. Capped at 5/month.
International Job Apply — 25 coins. Capped at 5/month.
International Exam confirmation — 5 coins. Capped at 5/month.
App Launch Streak — pattern-based; averages ~90 coins/month. 5-day cycle (1-2-3-4-5, then repeats). A missed day resets the cycle to day 1.
Qualification re-update — 10 coins. Once every 6 months.
Work Experience re-update — 10 coins. Once every 6 months.
Specialisation re-update — 10 coins. Once every 3 months.
Skill Update re-update — 10 coins. Once every 3 months.
Registration renewal after expiry — 10 coins. Once, after expiry.

Note: “Sign-up (organic or referred)” and the Referral Program’s new-joiner welcome bonus (Section 5) both relate to account creation. Only one sign-up bonus is payable per account — see Section 5.2.

4.1 Caps and Cooldowns

Locum Job Apply: capped at 5 per day and 50 per month.
Permanent Job Apply, International Job Apply, and International Exam confirmation: each capped at 5 per month.
Profile refresh rewards (Qualification, Work Experience, Specialisation, Skill Update, Registration renewal) are governed by cooldown periods of 3 or 6 months rather than count-based caps.
Once a cap is reached, you may continue to use the relevant feature (apply to jobs, mark in/out, etc.), but no further coins will be credited until the cap resets.

4.2 Validity of Reward Events

Coins will not be credited for events that are inactive, over cap, or outside eligibility rules at the time of the action.
If an event is configured at zero coins, it will not be shown as an active way to earn in the app.
If an action is completed but the applicable reward rule is not met (e.g. cooldown not yet over, cap already reached), no coins will be credited for that instance.

5. The Referral Program

The Referral Program lets you earn coins by inviting other healthcare professionals to Jobizo, and by benefiting from sign-ups made through your wider referral network, up to five levels deep.

5.1 Referral Code

You will be issued one permanent referral code.
The code must be entered, or auto-filled via your referral link, during sign-up.
The code cannot be added after sign-up is complete, under any circumstance, including by Jobizo Support.
Manual code entry will always remain available as a fallback if link-based attribution does not work.
If an invalid or missing code is used, sign-up will continue normally, but no referral bond or referral reward will be created.

5.2 Referral Rewards

New joiner — 100 coins. Verified sign-up using a valid referral code. One-time welcome bonus.
Level 1 referrer — 100 coins. Direct referral completes verified sign-up. One-time, per direct referral.
Level 1 referrer — 200 coins. Direct referral completes their first approved locum shift. One-time bonus. Only Level 1 referrers are eligible for this bonus.
Level 2 upline — 25 coins. A person invited by your Level 1 referral completes verified sign-up. One-time. Identity not disclosed to you.
Level 3 upline — 10 coins. A person in your Level 3 chain completes verified sign-up. One-time. Identity not disclosed.
Level 4 upline — 5 coins. A person in your Level 4 chain completes verified sign-up. One-time. Identity not disclosed.
Level 5 upline — 2 coins. A person in your Level 5 chain completes verified sign-up. One-time. Identity not disclosed.

Only one welcome bonus is payable to a new joiner at sign-up, whether the sign-up is organic or made using a referral code. The Rewards System sign-up bonus (Section 4) and this Referral Program welcome bonus are not both payable for the same account.

5.3 Privacy

Your Level 1 (direct) referral’s name may be visible to you in Your Referrals, tracking, and notifications.
Level 2 to Level 5 referrals will never be identified to you by name, phone number, or any other identifying detail, in the app, your wallet history, or notifications. You will instead see anonymised activity such as “Somebody in your network joined.”

5.4 Exclusions

The following are not eligible for referral rewards, and any coins already credited under these circumstances may be reversed:

Self-referrals
Duplicate accounts
Accounts that fail KYC verification
Referral activity identified as suspicious or fraudulent
Cases where the underlying verified sign-up or approved shift is later reversed

5.5 Monthly Referral Cap

Jobizo applies a monthly cap on the total referral coins you can earn (currently 5,000 coins per calendar month). Once this cap is reached, no further referral coins will be credited until the next monthly cycle begins. This cap may be revised by Jobizo at its discretion.

6. Coin Wallet

Rewards coins and Referral coins are credited to the same Hubble-linked wallet.
Your wallet history will show all earned, spent, and reversed entries, tagged with the relevant event or referral level.
Jobizo’s Finance, Operations, and Support teams may access wallet activity for reconciliation, audit, and support purposes.

7. Redemption

Coin redemption is conditional. You will be able to redeem your available coin balance only if you have completed at least one qualifying locum shift within the lookback period currently configured in the app (the default lookback period is 30 days). If you attempt to redeem coins without meeting this condition, you will see a message explaining what’s needed to unlock redemption. Jobizo may change the lookback period at its discretion; the current period will always be reflected in the app.

8. Coin Value and Expiry

Coins currently carry an indicative value of ₹0.1 per coin for redemption purposes. This value may be revised by Jobizo at its discretion, and the value applicable at the time of redemption will govern.

Coins are valid for the period configured by Jobizo, counted from the date they are earned. Unredeemed coins will expire and be removed from your wallet once this validity period lapses. The current validity period is reflected in the app.

Flag for Finance/Product sign-off before publishing: confirm the ₹0.1/coin figure and the coin-expiry policy, since one internal note suggested referral coins should not expire — this needs to be resolved with one consistent rule before this goes live.

9. Reversals and Corrections

Jobizo may reverse coins that were credited in error, credited on an invalid basis, or linked to an event that is later found to be fraudulent or non-compliant.
Every reversal will appear in your wallet history as a negative entry.
Manual reversals made by Jobizo will always include a reason, and will be logged for audit purposes.

10. Notifications

Jobizo will notify you of key events related to the Programs, including coins earned, caps reached, profile-refresh rewards unlocked, referral sign-ups and bonuses, monthly cap reached, and reward reversals. Notification preferences, where configurable, can be managed in your app settings.

11. Third-Party Integrations

Your coin wallet is powered by Hubble, Jobizo’s wallet partner, for both Rewards and Referral credits.
AppsFlyer OneLink may be used to support referral link attribution and code auto-fill. Manual code entry remains available regardless.

12. Changes to the Programs and These Terms

Jobizo may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards System or Referral Program, in whole or in part, at any time. Jobizo may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you in the app; continued use of the Programs after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

If your Jobizo account is suspended, closed, or terminated for any reason, your right to earn or redeem coins under these Programs ends immediately. Jobizo reserves the right to withhold or reverse coins associated with an account that is suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms or Jobizo’s general Terms of Use.

14. Support and Disputes

Jobizo Support will not manually credit coins or benefits unless the applicable reward rules have been met.
Referral codes cannot be added retroactively by Support under any circumstances.
If you believe coins are missing or incorrectly reversed, you can raise a query through Jobizo Support, who will review the relevant event history, caps, cooldowns, and wallet ledger to investigate.
