Refund Request Process

Employers may request a refund by emailing support@jobizo.com with the following details:

· Payment Date

· Amount Paid

· Reason for Refund

All refund requests will be verified against your credit usage, invoices, and internal approvals within the Jobizo system. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. Please note: Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your payment gateway or bank’s processing schedule.

Disclaimer

· Non-refundable Services: Certain services—including promotional credits, onboarding fees, and customized recruitment packages—are non-refundable once activated or delivered.

· Partial Refunds: In cases where services have been partially utilized, Jobizo may approve a pro-rated refund based on unused credits or deliverables, subject to internal review and discretion.

· Disputes: Refund decisions are final and binding. Employers are encouraged to review service terms before initiating payments.

Eligibility Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days of the original payment date. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for consideration.

Documentation Requirement

Jobizo reserves the right to request supporting documentation—such as invoice copies, transaction IDs, or service usage reports—to validate any refund claim.

Service Disruption Clause
In the event of service outages or technical disruptions caused by Jobizo, eligible refunds or account credits may be offered at the company’s discretion, based on the nature and duration of the disruption.
